In City is an online exhibition of small-scale paintings and animation NFTs by Qeren Creates that explores thoughts and feelings that occur in heavily urbanized spaces. Each artwork delves into a sentiment towards aspects of city living such as routine, materialism and success and desire as experienced by a character named Imaginary Friend, a symbol for hope and ambition.

The collection has a consistent grayscale tone with splashes of red, drawing the viewer’s eye to a single focal point in each piece. Together with the messy, impressionistic style, it mimics the feeling of tuning out the sensory overload of the ultra-detailed urban landscape to focus on a single thought or feeling at a time.
